Conversion Rate
pol. Konwersja
Conversion Rate is the percentage of store visitors who make a purchase. Calculated as: (number of orders / number of sessions) × 100%. Average e-commerce conversion is 1-3%, but stores with well-optimized pages, strong social proof, and proven offers can achieve 4-6% or higher. Increasing conversion by 1% with 10,000 monthly visits means hundreds of additional orders without spending another penny on ads.
Dawid Gac — e-commerce educator with over 1M PLN in monthly revenue — regularly discusses "Conversion Rate" in his YouTube content and blog. This concept is fundamental for anyone who wants to run an online business professionally.
