Data we collect

When you subscribe to the newsletter or educational materials, we process your email address. If a form asks for it, we may also process your first name.

For the training form, we may additionally process your phone number if you provide it. Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot send the materials.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to send educational materials, newsletters, content updates, training information, and Dawid Gac offers.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us at the email address above.

Recipients and processors

We use Klaviyo Inc. to handle signups and email delivery as a processor acting on our behalf.

Klaviyo Inc. is based in the USA. Transfers outside the European Economic Area use appropriate legal mechanisms, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

We keep the data until you withdraw consent, unsubscribe, or successfully request deletion, unless the law requires longer storage of specific information.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data, as well as to withdraw consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland if you believe the processing violates the GDPR.

Voluntary data and no automated decisions

Providing data is voluntary. We do not make decisions about you solely by automated means that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.
