1:1 Mentoring

Mentoring that ends with a decision to implement.

For e-commerce operators who do not need another course. They need a clear decision, a concrete action, and a review of the evidence at the next session.

The qualification call lasts 30 minutes. It is not a mentoring session and does not mean acceptance.

A session does not end with notes. It ends with the next move.

The core of the mentoring is a simple working loop. Each stage should produce something that can be reviewed, not another layer of theory.

Method schematic. This is not product UI or a client dashboard.
  1. 01

    Session decision

We name one decision that unlocks the current stage or a specific blocker.

  2. 02

    Assigned action

The decision becomes a scoped action to implement between sessions.

  3. 03

    Evidence

You return with data, material, or a test result showing what was implemented.

  4. 04

    Named coach feedback

Feedback is attributed, so the participant knows who made the recommendation. It always comes from a named coach.

  5. 05

    Next-session review

We review the evidence, correct the direction, and choose the next move.

This only works when there is something to implement.

Mentoring is for people working on a real store, campaign, offer, or specific blocker.

Good fit

  • You are already building, testing, or have a specific blocker to solve.
  • You can implement decisions between sessions.
  • You bring data, materials, or other evidence of completed work.
  • You accept direct feedback and a change of direction.

Not a good fit

  • You are looking for a guaranteed result or revenue promise.
  • You want a done-for-you service instead of mentoring.
  • You cannot implement between sessions.
  • You want motivational calls without data or evidence of work.

The call is for qualification, not a mentoring session.

In 30 minutes, we check whether this working method fits your situation and stage.

This is not a mentoring session, a free consulting call, or guaranteed acceptance. Pricing is not public; terms are discussed after fit evaluation.

  1. 01

    Current stage and blocker

You briefly explain what is working, what you are testing, and where a decision is stuck.

  2. 02

    Fit for the working loop

We check whether you can implement, return with evidence, and work with direct feedback.

  3. 03

A next step for both sides

Terms and the next step are discussed only if both sides see a fit.

Frequently asked questions

How much does mentoring cost?

Pricing is not public. Terms are discussed only after the qualification call and a fit evaluation on both sides.

How is mentoring different from a course?

A course delivers material in a fixed sequence. Here the starting point is the current blocker, and the work returns through a loop: decision, implementation, evidence, named feedback, and review.

Who responds and gives feedback?

Feedback is attributed to the person giving it. Depending on scope, that may be Dawid or another named coach.

Are calls recorded?

Not without separate consent. A recording or transcript requires an additional, explicit confirmation.

What should I prepare for the qualification call?

A short summary of your current stage, the single most important blocker, and data or materials showing what you have already tested.

Do you have a specific blocker and the ability to implement?

Book a 30-minute qualification call. We will check the method fit and discuss a next step only if it makes sense for both sides.

The call is not a mentoring session and does not guarantee acceptance.
