Terms of service

Version of September 23, 2026. This is a translation; the Polish version prevails.

§ 1. General

1. These terms set out how you may use the free services provided electronically on dawidgac.com (the "Site"). They are the terms of service required by Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.

2. The provider is Dawid Gac, a natural person publishing educational and creator content at dawidgac.com (the "Provider"). Contact: contact@dawidgac.com.

3. The user is anyone who uses the services described here (the "User" or "you").

4. These terms cover free services only. They do not apply to the Provider's paid products and services, which have their own terms.

§ 2. The services

1. Email delivery. To the email address you enter in the form, the Provider sends a link to the free GQ Start course and information about how it runs, such as reminders about the next course day.

2. Newsletter. The Provider sends the newsletter and commercial information, including about training, mentoring and other paid products, only if you give separate, voluntary consent. Without it you receive only the messages in point 1.

3. Free templates. On the Site you can view and copy free templates, such as skills for AI agents, without registering. The license shown on each template's page sets out how you may use it.

4. Every service in this section is free. The GQ Start course itself runs on the external Whop platform, under that platform's terms. These terms cover the messages sent from dawidgac.com, not the use of that platform.

§ 3. Technical requirements and risks

1. To use the Site you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled. For the services in § 2 points 1 and 2 you also need an active email address.

2. Using services over the internet carries the usual risks, such as phishing, malware and senders impersonating someone else. The Provider never asks for passwords or payment details by email. If you receive such a request, ignore it and let us know at the address in § 1 point 2.

§ 4. Signing up and unsubscribing

1. To sign up for email delivery, enter your email address in a form on the Site and submit it. The agreement for this service is concluded when you submit the form and runs for an indefinite period.

2. Consent to the newsletter and commercial information is a separate, optional field in the form. Not giving it does not limit access to the free course. The Provider may ask you to confirm the consent through a link in an email.

3. You can unsubscribe at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason: click "Unsubscribe" in any message or write to the address in § 1 point 2. Unsubscribing ends the email delivery agreement. It does not remove access to a course you have already claimed on Whop.

4. The agreement for using a free template is concluded when you open the template's page and ends when you leave it.

5. The Provider may stop providing a service in § 2 point 1 or 2 by telling you by email at least 14 days in advance. If you seriously breach § 5, the Provider may end the agreement with immediate effect and will give the reason.

§ 5. Rules of use

1. The services in § 2 points 1 and 2 are for people aged 16 or over.

2. You may not provide unlawful content, in particular in the Site's forms or in replies to messages.

3. Do not sign up someone else's email address without the owner's consent. Do not try to disrupt the Site or get around its security.

§ 6. Complaints

1. You can send complaints about the services in these terms by email to contact@dawidgac.com.

2. Include the email address concerned and describe the problem.

3. The Provider replies to a complaint by email within 14 days of receiving it.

4. If you are a consumer, you can also use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example the free help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman in Poland.

§ 7. Content and liability

1. The messages, the course and the templates are educational. They are not legal, tax or investment advice.

2. This is not a promise of results. Results depend on the product, budget, execution, market and experience.

3. The Site's content and the messages are protected by copyright. Templates are shared under the license shown on each template's page.

§ 8. Personal data

How personal data is processed, including who the controller is, the purposes, the legal bases and your rights, is set out in the Privacy Policy: dawidgac.com/en/polityka-prywatnosci.

§ 9. Changes to these terms

1. The Provider may change these terms for important reasons, in particular a change in the law, in the scope of the services or in the providers it uses.

2. People signed up for email delivery will be told about a change by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you can unsubscribe under § 4 point 3.

3. A change does not affect services provided before it takes effect.

§ 10. Final provisions

1. Polish law applies to matters not covered here, in particular the Act on providing services by electronic means, the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

2. These terms do not limit the rights consumers have under mandatory law.

3. These terms are available free of charge on this page. You can save or print them. They apply from the day they are published on the Site.

4. Contact for anything about these terms: contact@dawidgac.com.
