An electronic invoice is a sales document issued and transmitted in digital form, meeting legal and tax requirements. In Poland, electronic invoices in B2B context from 2026 must go through the KSeF system. For consumer sales (B2C) in online stores, PDF invoices sent by email are standard, though integrated solutions like Fakturownia or Wfirma automate this process in connection with Shopify or WooCommerce.
