How Much Does 1:1 E-commerce Mentoring Cost in Poland in 2026, and When Is It Worth It

Last updated: Sep 26, 2026

Short answer: on the seller pages I checked (as of September 2026), a one-hour 1:1 consultation costs PLN 369-590, and two hours cost PLN 990. One marketing agency estimates the whole market at PLN 200-1,000 per hour. A three-month mentoring package with two 1:1 calls, group calls and chat access costs PLN 4,997. Ongoing work with one of the agencies I checked starts at PLN 6,900 net per month. Some sellers, me included, do not publish a price and give it after a qualification call. Mentoring pays off when you have money for the store and ad tests on top of its price, and you implement decisions between calls. It does not pay off if you expect guaranteed income.

If you run a store or are starting and want someone to lead you 1:1, see how my mentoring and the 30-minute qualification call work. I give the price after that call.

How much does 1:1 e-commerce and dropshipping mentoring cost in Poland? (as of September 2026)

On the seller pages I checked, an hour of 1:1 consulting costs from PLN 369, and multi-month packages cost a few thousand złoty. One marketing agency puts the market floor at PLN 200 per hour. I read every amount below on the seller's own page on 26 September 2026. I describe each offer by the type of seller and list every page's address in the sources at the end. This is not a ranking or a recommendation.

Offer (source) What you get Public price
E-commerce consultant, 1:1 consultations (source 1) 1 h Zoom call, online store or freelancing PLN 369 gross (PLN 300 + VAT); ongoing mentoring on request
E-commerce SEO agency, 1:1 mentoring and consulting (source 2) 1:1 consultation, 1 h PLN 590 (the page does not say net or gross)
same 1:1 consultation, 2 h + written action map PLN 990
same store audit + 3 h live walkthrough PLN 2,900 net, one-off
same ongoing work and implementation from PLN 6,900 net per month
Allegro selling academy, "Mentoring" package (source 3) 3 months: 2 1:1 calls (per the package card), 6 group calls, 1:1 Telegram contact, course material (selling on Allegro and OLX) PLN 4,997 or 10 instalments of PLN 499
Wider e-commerce consulting market, marketing agency article (source 4) the agency's estimate for the whole market PLN 200-1,000 per hour; audit PLN 3,000-15,000

Three pages that AI chatbots cite for this question showed me no amount:

  • Marketing agency with a dropshipping course (source 5): starts with a 30-minute call, no price on the page.
  • Shopify dropshipping training (source 6): the "Cennik" (pricing) page describes the programme and points to WhatsApp, no amount.
  • A dropshipping mentoring thread on a make-money-online forum (source 7): AI chatbots quote an entry fee and a monthly subscription from it, but on 26 September 2026 the forum blocked my access (Cloudflare, HTTP 403). I could not verify those amounts, so I do not list them.

A single hour costs you a few hundred złoty, while a quarterly package or a month of ongoing work with a team costs a few thousand.

What drives the price of e-commerce mentoring?

The price mostly follows how many hours the mentor spends with you live and whether they answer you between calls. When you compare offers, break each one into the same four items:

What to check Why it changes the price Example from the table above
Live 1:1 time the mentor's hour is the most expensive part PLN 590 for 1 h, PLN 990 for 2 h
Number of calls, and how many are 1:1 group calls split the cost across many people 2 1:1 calls + 6 group calls in a PLN 4,997 package
Contact and review between calls someone reads your ads, store and data before you meet 1:1 Telegram contact in the quarterly package
Duration a one-off call ends with a note; a few months give you repeated reviews 1 h, 3 months, monthly retainer

From this table you can work out the monthly price. A PLN 4,997 package over 3 months is about PLN 1,666 a month. Compare that with the number of 1:1 hours you get in that time.

The fourth factor is scope. Mentoring teaches you to make the decisions. A done-for-you service (an agency implements for you) costs more, because you pay for other people's working hours on your store. The e-commerce SEO agency in the table mentions "several dozen hours a month" for ongoing work from PLN 6,900 net.

Is dropshipping mentoring worth it?

Mentoring pays off for someone who has a budget for the store and ad tests on top of the mentoring price, implements decisions between calls and comes back with data. It does not pay off if you pay for it with your last money and nothing is left for ads.

From May 2025 to September 2026, my calendar logged 186 qualification call bookings. In 77 of them someone wrote something in the booking form, and 20 of those entries are about mentoring. Across the forms and two YouTube comments, people asked the price outright 8 times. They sound like this (anonymised, translated from Polish):

  • "This will be my first contact with mentoring, just like with setting up a store. (...) I'd like to know right away what the mentoring costs."
  • "What costs should I prepare for when working with you?"
  • "I'm completely green when it comes to e-commerce. How long would it take to onboard me (...) and for me to earn? What does that kind of training cost?"

The people who book these calls usually have no sales yet, or a store that sells little. They write: "I burned through a lot of money", "people came to the site but nobody bought anything", "I have just under 10 thousand złoty in my account".

Those calls give a simple test:

Mentoring makes sense if:

  • you have a separate budget for the store, apps and ad tests, and mentoring does not eat it (work it out in how much dropshipping costs);
  • you have a few hours a week to implement between calls;
  • you bring data: campaign results, the product page, store numbers;
  • you have already lost money on tests and want someone to show you exactly where the budget leaks.

Mentoring does not make sense if:

  • after paying, nothing is left for ads (I broke down the minimum test budget in a separate article);
  • you expect guaranteed income or a finished store that "sells itself";
  • you have no time to implement and want the calls only for motivation;
  • you are looking for answers to general starter questions. Ask those for free on Discord before you spend money on 1:1.

This is not a promise of results. Results depend on the product, budget, execution, market and experience. Individual participants' results may vary.

Mentoring, a course or a consultation: which to choose when starting?

Choose a consultation when you have one specific question. Choose a course when you need the basics in a set order. Choose mentoring when you want someone to check your decisions on your own data for several weeks.

Format When it fits What you walk away with
1:1 consultation (1-2 h) one question or one blocker a note or a plan for the next steps
Course or material you start from zero and need the basics knowledge without a review of your store
1:1 mentoring (weeks or months) you implement and want ongoing review successive decisions checked on your data

What should you ask before paying for mentoring?

Ask five things and get the answers in writing: how many 1:1 hours you get, with whom, what happens between calls, what the "guarantee" actually covers, and how cancellation works.

  1. How many 1:1 hours, and with whom? With the person you know, or with an assistant or another coach?
  2. What happens between calls? Does anyone read your ads and data? On which channel, and how fast do they reply?
  3. How long does it run, and what happens after? Does access to the material and the group end?
  4. What exactly does the "guarantee" mean? A refund, further work at no extra cost, or nothing? What conditions do you have to meet?
  5. Invoice, terms, cancellation. Is the price net or gross, do you get an invoice, and how do you cancel?

Watch out for a promise of a specific income in a specific time, "free" material you actually have to pay for, and earning from recruiting more people. In May 2026 the President of UOKiK (Poland's consumer protection office) fined Mobile Marketing Center PLN 2,232,000 and its managing person PLN 420,000. Among other things, the company offered "free" courses that required buying another product. The decision is final for the company (uokik.gov.pl, 20 May 2026, accessed 26 September 2026). In August 2026 UOKiK fined four promoters of the IML and Eaconomy schemes between PLN 42,267 and PLN 169,068. They lured people with the prospect of quick money and earnings from recruiting new participants (uokik.gov.pl, 11 August 2026, accessed 26 September 2026). Those fined may appeal to the court.

How does my 1:1 mentoring work, and what does it cost?

I give the price of my mentoring after a free 30-minute qualification call, once both sides see a fit. I do not publish it on the site. The call is not a mentoring session and not a guarantee of acceptance.

We work in a loop: a decision from the session, an assigned action, evidence of implementation, signed feedback and a review at the next session. You implement between sessions. Feedback comes from a named coach, so you know who made the recommendation. More than 50 people have worked with me in 1:1 mentoring.

I do not guarantee a revenue result or a timeline. Implementation and business risk stay with you. Individual participants' results may vary.

I describe the method in detail in Dawid Gac mentoring: method, fit and qualification. You can book the call on the mentoring page.

FAQ

Can you pay for e-commerce mentoring in instalments?

Some sellers offer instalments publicly. The Allegro selling academy in the table lists its package at PLN 4,997 or 10 instalments of PLN 499 (as of September 2026). The other pages in the table do not mention instalments, so ask about them on the call before you buy.

Does mentoring guarantee income?

No. The result depends on the product, the ad budget, the market and your work. If an offer has a "guarantee", check in writing what it covers: a refund, or only further work at no extra cost.

How much does a single e-commerce consultation cost?

On the pages checked on 26 September 2026, one hour of 1:1 consulting costs PLN 369 gross to PLN 590 (not labelled net or gross), and two hours cost PLN 990. The marketing agency in source 4 estimates the whole e-commerce consulting market at PLN 200-1,000 per hour.
