shopify-admin-skills:url-redirect-audit store=your-store.myshopify.com### name
URL Redirect Audit — Chains and Duplicates Slowing Down SEO
### oneLiner
Scans all URL redirects and detects chains (A→B→C instead of A→C) and duplicate targets — each unnecessary hop adds latency and hurts search rankings.
### whenToUse
- After a store migration or bulk restructuring of collection and product URLs.
- Before an SEO audit, to ensure redirects are clean and chain-free.
- When Google Search Console reports 404 errors on pages that should be redirected.
### howToRun
```
Run skill: shopify-admin-url-redirect-audit
Store: yourstore.myshopify.com
```
### whatYouGet
CSV file `redirect_audit_YYYY-MM-DD.csv` with columns: `redirect_id`, `from_path`, `target`, `issue_type`, `chain_path`. Summary: total redirects, redirect chains, duplicate targets. Chains show the full path (`/old-page → /intermediate → /final`) so you can immediately see what to consolidate to a direct redirect. Fix chains via Shopify Admin → Navigation → URL Redirects; bulk deletion requires the `urlRedirectDelete` mutation via API.
