Return Reason Analysis — Which Products and Reasons Dominate
### oneLiner
Aggregates return reasons by product and SKU so you know what customers are returning — and why — before the problem shows up in reviews.
### whenToUse
- When return rate is climbing and you need to know whether it's one product or a broader trend.
- When "not as described" is appearing too frequently and you suspect listing copy or photos are misleading customers.
- When running a monthly assortment quality review and looking for signals to remove or improve a product.

```
### whatYouGet
A CSV file `return_reasons_YYYY-MM-DD.csv` with columns: return ID, order name, product title, SKU, quantity, return reason, customer note, created date. In human format, a table shows the top return reasons with percentages, the products with the highest return volumes, and the overall return rate for the period. Read-only — no data is changed.
### polishContext
Polish consumer law (Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act) allows withdrawal without reason — a portion of returns will fall into `OTHER` or `UNWANTED` with no diagnostic information. Focus on `NOT_AS_DESCRIBED`, `DEFECTIVE`, and `WRONG_ITEM` returns — these signal real product or listing issues, not just buyer's remorse, and are actionable for merchandising decisions.
