Return Processing SLA — Time From Request to Refund
### oneLiner
Measures average processing time from return request to refund issuance and surfaces orders that have breached your SLA threshold.
### whenToUse
- When customers are complaining that refunds are taking longer than promised in your returns policy.
- When running your weekly returns ops review and need to see which open returns are most overdue.
- When you want to verify the team is meeting SLA after a returns process change.
### howToRun
```
Run skill: shopify-admin-return-processing-sla
Store: yourstore.myshopify.com
days_back: 30
sla_days: 5
```
### whatYouGet
A CSV file `return_sla_YYYY-MM-DD.csv` with columns: return ID, order name, return requested date, refunded date, processing days, SLA breach flag, return status. In human format, a summary shows: returns analyzed, average processing time, percentage within SLA, breach count, and a list of the longest-pending open returns. Read-only — no data is changed.
### polishContext
Polish consumer law (Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act) requires the seller to refund the consumer within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return shipment. Set `sla_days` to 14 or fewer — if the report shows breaches above that threshold, you are exposed to consumer rights claims. Processing days in the report are calendar days, not business days.
