Delivery Time Analysis — Average Transit Time by Carrier
### oneLiner
Calculates average time from fulfillment to delivery broken down by carrier — so you know which carrier is actually hitting their promised transit times.
### whenToUse
- When customers are complaining about slow deliveries and you need to check whether the issue is with a specific carrier.
- When negotiating a carrier contract and need hard data on their actual delivery performance.
- When you changed carriers and want to compare delivery time before and after to assess the operational decision.
### howToRun
```
Run skill: shopify-admin-delivery-time-analysis
Store: yourstore.myshopify.com
days_back: 30
min_orders: 5
```
### whatYouGet
A CSV file `delivery_analysis_YYYY-MM-DD.csv` with columns: order name, fulfillment ID, carrier, fulfilled date, delivered date, transit days. In human format, a carrier comparison table shows: order count, average days, minimum and maximum transit days. Carriers below the `min_orders` threshold are excluded from averages. Read-only — no data is changed.
### polishContext
InPost dominates the Polish market and typically delivers to Paczkomat lockers within 1–2 business days. DPD and DHL are secondary carriers with similar performance. Poczta Polska is slower and less likely to report delivery confirmation via API — expect many null values in the `delivered_at` column for postal shipments. The column is only populated when the carrier confirms delivery through tracking event callbacks.
